摘要
以FIDIC条款和公路工程国内招投标范本为基础,阐述了工程变更过程中投资管理的原则和方法,并以示例进行了说明,以搞好工程量清单模式下的工程变更计价管理工作。
Based upon FIDIC contract text and domestic bidding invitation and submission model of high projects the principle and method for investment management in project changes process are elaborated.Combined with example detailed introduction is made in order to do price management work well for project changes under engineering bill pricing mode.
