摘要
采用整体化色谱柱,对复配制剂14.5%胺苯·草除·精氟吡甲可湿性粉剂中的三种有效成分胺苯磺隆、草除灵乙酯、精氟吡甲禾灵进行了分离测定。在整体化色谱柱Chromolith O R Performance RP-18e上以乙腈-水溶液为流动相作梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm的条件下,在15min内可达到基线分离。在0.02mg/mL~0.4mg/mL时三种有效成分的浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,加标回收率在98.6%~100.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)在0.35%~0.66%,应用该方法可在一次进样中同时完成三种有效成分的定量分析,操作简便,快速准确。
A method is described for the determination of Ethamesulfuron , Benazolin - ethyl and Haloxyfop - R - methyl by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The mixture were separated within 15min on a Chromolith O R Performance RP - 18e and with a gradient elution of acetonitrile aqueous solution at a flow rate of 1. 0mL/min. The detection wavelength was 254nm and the injection volume was 20pLL. The three components have good linearity in the range of 0.02 mg/mL to 0.4mg/mL with RSDs in the region of 0.35% -0.66% , the average fortified recoveries ranged from 98.6% to 100.8%. This finding indicatd that the assay method has accuray to determine the mixture herbicide.
