摘要
应用测量不确定度理论,针对《生活饮用水标准检验方法》中氢化物原子荧光法测定饮用水中砷含量不确定度的来源进行分析,给出了相对不确定度分量。采用氢化物原子荧光法测定饮用水中砷时,测定值的合成不确定度为0.0799μg/L;扩展不确定度为0.0718μg/L。
The uncertainty in detection of arsenic in drinking water by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry from “Standard examination methods for drinking water” was evaluated based on the theory of uncertainty determination, the uncertainty sources of determination method was analyzed, and the component of relative uncertainty was given. The combined uncertainty of detection of arsenic in drinking water by hydride generation -atomic fluorescence spectrometry was 0. 0799μg/ L, and the extended uncertainty was 0. 0718μg/L.
