摘要
建立了全血样品中5种神经性毒剂降解产物的毛细管电泳分析方法。样品先用浓碱水解破坏毒剂与蛋白的结合,然后酸化,再用溶剂提取其中的降解产物,用毛细管电泳进行分析。全面考察了影响提取率的主要因素。结果表明建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏,结果稳定,可进行定量分析。全血中神经性毒剂降解产物在0.8~10.0μg/mL的浓度范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r>0.99),RSD小于10%,最低检出浓度为0.1~0.5μg/mL。
A quantitative method has been developed for the determination of five nerve agent degradation products in human blood by Capillary Electrophoresis. The higher extraction efficiency was obtained according to following steps: firstly, the human blood sample was alkalized with the concentrated NaOH aqueous solution to dissociate the bound analytes, then the sample was acidified and extracted by organic solvent. The method has been used to determine five nerve agent degradation products with simpleness, quickness and sensitivity, and showed a good linearity with the concentration range of 0.8 - 10.0μg/mL, the detection limits with 0.1 -0.5μg/ mL, and the precision with less than 10%.
