The teaching of the fundamental level skills to beginners lor of alpine skiing in Shenyang Sport University has always been a tough point.It can have a negative influence on student＇s technique study.In order to help beginners to grasp the basic skiing skills best in a short time,this article makes a study by the methods of expert interview and experimental comparison,taking the students in Shenyang Sport University as the objects,and the teaching method of alpine skiing as research content.Then it analyses the statistical data to find the most efficient training method for fundamental alpine skiing skills.This essay will provide important references for future teaching.
