认为抗衰老及防治老年病的关键在于保持气机升降出入活动的畅通，使之充满活力。其治疗在于消除各种阻碍气机升降出入的因素，或补益五脏，或除湿涤痰，或理气活血，应通补兼施，寓通于补，或以通为补。

The Key of anti-Senile and Preventing and Curing Senile disease is to keep the function activities of Qi unblocked, and make it vigourous. The treatment is to clear up the factors of blocking function activities of Qi. Sach as removing dampness and rexpelling phlem, or invigorating the five Solid organs, regulating vital energy and activating blood circulation, etc. It is advisable to apply the therapy aiming at both the reinforcing and promoting flow.
