A型口蹄疫病毒VP1基因序列的基因分型研究

摘要 为设计A型FMDV基因分型探针建立其3个基因型的数据库,以美国国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI)基因库和英国口蹄疫世界参考实验室(FMDWRL)基因库中所登记的血清A型口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)VP1基因序列为研究对象,运用双序列比对和构建系统发育树的方法对未知基因型的VP1序列进行基因分型并比较两种方法的分型结果。结果表明,两种分型方法的分型率均达到92%,分型结果基本一致。运用这两种方法都可实现对A型FMDV VP1序列的基因分型。 In order to design serotype A FMDV genotyping probes the database for its 3 genotypes need to be created. The VP1 gene sequences of serotype A FMDV from NCBI GenBank and FMDWRL website were studied. The pairwise comparison and phylogenetic tree construetion were used to analyze the genotypes of these sequences, followed by agreement comparison of the two results. The result showed that the genotyping rate of serotype A FMDV VP1 sequences with both methods was 92%. It suggests that the two methods have a good correlation. Based on those, the type A FMDV whose genotypes are unknown could be classified into the existing genotypes
