1989年5月苏联领导人戈尔巴乔夫访华,中苏两国高级会晤在北京举行。这标志着“结束过去,开辟未来”,中苏两国、两党关系已实现正常化,两国的政治、经济、文化、体育等各方面的关系随之获得全面、正常发展。中苏关系正常化促进了各个领域的合作,两国部门间的经济联系与合作有了新的进展,两国地方间的经济和劳务合作有了新的突破。值得一提的是。
The Summit Meeting in 1989 declared the normalization of Sino-Soviet relation. Cooperations in many fields have been developed. But traditional trade system,as specialists estimated, has obstructed progress in many cooperative areas. Searching for new channels of cooperation will be much preferred by both sides.
