主动脉长轴连续追踪法在胎儿主动脉畸形诊断中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨超声心动图主动脉长轴连续追踪法(SSOA)在胎儿主动脉畸形诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析5600名孕妇的胎儿超声心动图检查结果。对所有受检胎儿均先取6个常规切面扫查,继之,行SSOA,结合房室腔大小比例,分析主动脉及分支有无发育异常。使用多普勒技术观察有无异常血流信号。结果在5600例胎儿中,使用SSOA,首次完整显示主动脉全程5042例,占90.04%。共检出主动脉畸形8例,占受检人数的0.143%。其中主动脉缩窄6例,主动脉弓离断2例。8例均经引产尸解或产后超声心动图复查证实。结论应用SSOA检测胎儿主动脉及其分支,可获取较完整、清晰的超声图像,易检出主动脉畸形,并可以避免漏诊和误诊。是胎儿超声心动图检查中较有价值的方法。 Objective To assess the sequel scanning of aortic long axis (SSOA) for fetal aortic malformation. Methods The fetal echocardiographic findings in 5600 subjects were retrospectively analyzed. All subjects had been performed respectively by basic echocardiography and SSOA. Combining cardiac chambers diameters, the size and course of aorta and branches were analyzed. Abnormal blood flow were obtained by Doppler echocardiography. Results SSOA showed that the aorta and branches were displayed completely in 5042 of 5600 subjects (90.04%) in the first examination. The satisfactory images of aorta and branches were obtained clearly with SSOA in almost all subjects. Out of 5600 subjects, there were 8 fetuses with aortic malformation (about 0.143%) including 6 cases with aortic coarctation and 2 cases with interruption of aortic arch. The diagnosis in 8 fetuses was confirmed by histology or echocardiography after delivery. Conclusion In the process of fetal heart and great vessels examination, aorta and branches can be displayed easily using SSOA. SSOA may be a useful method to diagnose fetal aortic malformation.
