摘要
通过培养的免主动脉血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)氚胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入量和培养液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物、前列环素(PGI2)及环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的测定,观察了当归注射液对VSMC增殖的影响。结果表明:当归注射液有抑制VSMC增殖的作用,其作用呈剂量依赖关系。当归注射液可能通过增加SOD活性,降低脂质过氧化物水平,升高PGI2、cAMP水平(P均<0.05),从而抑制VSMC增殖。
The effects of angelica injection on the proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC) were studied with 3 H thymidine ( 3H TdR) incorporation data of SMC and contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD), lipid peroxide (LPO), prostacyclin (PGI 2) and cyclic AMP (cAMP) in medium. The results showed that angelica injection may inhibit SMC proliferation by increasing SOD activity, decreasing LPO, raising PGI 2 and cAMP (all P <0.05),and the inhibitory action accompanied with the dose effect relation.
