简述知识审计的概念以及能够解决哪些问题;介绍实施知识审计的方法;设计一个包括4部分的知识审计模型:审计团队、审计方法和工具、审计内容、审计目标,并建立指标体系;最终给出实施知识审计的流程;得出知识审计如何在企业中进行实践仍需进一步研究的结论。

The paper briefly explains the concept of knowledge audit and which problems it can resolve. Then it introduces the methods of executing knowledge audit and designs a model of knowledge audit which includes four parts： audit teams, audit methods and tools, audit contents and audit goal and builds an indicators system. At last, it gives a flow of executing knowledge audit and draw the conclusion that it needs further research when practice knowledge audit in enterprises.
