科技查新业务分析——以中国科学院国家科学图书馆总馆为例

Analysis of Novety Search Work for Sciences and Technologies——Taking National Science Library as an Example

通过对国家科学图书馆的科技查新项目进行统计分析,从侧面反映目前查新工作的规律和存在的问题;通过对比其它查新机构的查新管理,包括查新周期、查新费用和查新管理系统,分析国家科学图书馆总馆的某些规范设置的合理与否,并提出国家科学图书馆的查新管理系统建设思路;最后根据上述分析结果,从提高查新服务能力和拓展查新服务业务角度为查新工作提出建议。

By statistical analysis on novelty search projects of National Science Library（NSL）,the paper thinks that the results reflect the rules and exist problems in the current novelty search work from the different aspects.Then,the paper puts forward a comparative analyse on other novelty search institutions＇ management regulatilns,such as search period,search costs and research management system,soas to analyze the tationality of NSL＇s related rules in the work of novelty search,and also points out the thoughts on the construction of NSL＇s novelty search management system.Lastly,the paper gives some suggestions fron the aspects of improving the ability of novelty search services and developing the scope of novelty search work.
