用正交试验法优选更年平调冲剂的提取工艺

Selection of Optimal Extracting Techique for Gengnianpingtiao Granule by Orthognal Experimental Design

摘要 选用L9(34)正交表,以主药制何首乌中的活性成分游离蒽醌的提取率做为评价指标,考察了用水量(A)、煎煮时间(B)及醇沉浓度(C)3个主要因素,每因素下又分3个水平对更年平调冲剂提取工艺的影响。结果表明,A1B2C3为最优提取工艺,即提取条件为:3次煎煮时用水量分别为生药投料量的12,10及8倍;煎煮时间分别为1.5,1.0及0.5h;乙醇沉淀浓度为50%。 Using orthognal experiment table L 9(3 4), the three main factors including water volume(A) boiling time(B) and concentration of alcohol precipitation(C) were signed, and three diferent levels were selected for every factor again. The active ingredient free anthraquinone content in Chinese medicinal herbs polygonum multiflorum was determined. The result showed the optimal extractiny technological process was A 1B 1C 3.
