This paper discusses the characteristics of digital campus MIS（Management Information System）, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of MIS of digital campus from the precondition of MIS development, discusses the influential factors on MIS of digital campus and explores the appropriate countermeasures of the construction of MIS in combination to the standard of successful MIS in college.
