摘要
采用ＰＥＩ染色的方法，经电镜检查，研究了肝素对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾小球系膜区阴离子位点的影响。结果表明，阿霉素肾病大鼠与正常对照组相比，肾小球系膜阴离子位点明显丢失，肝素处理阿霉素（ＡＤＲ）肾病大鼠系膜阴离子位点丢失显著减轻。肝素对肾小球系膜的阴离子位点具有保护作用。
The effect of heparin on mesangial anionic sits of glomeruli in ADR nephrotic rats was studied by means of PEI staining under electron microscope. The results showed that mesangial anionic sits of glomeruli lost sigh ificantly in ADR nephrotic rats vs that in normal control, and the treatment with heparin markedly reduced the loss of anionic sits of mesangium. The results in this paper demonstrated that there is some preventive effect of heparin on mesangial anionic sits of glomeruli.
