2100例心胸手术应用体外循环的经验

Experience of Cardio thoracic Operation by Using Cardiopulmonary Bypass in 2 100 Cases

总结２１００例体外循环心胸手术的经验。年龄１．２５～６５岁。体重７～８６ｋｇ。心肺转流时间１８ｍｉｎ～４１９ｍｉｎ３４ｓ。总成功率９９．９５％。急诊体外循环２２例，全部获得成功。高成功率的原因为：适当的血液稀释，良好的心肌保护，对特殊病例选用相应的特殊转流技术，对急症垂危病例提供应急体外循环等。还提出了防止转流意外的具体措施。

There were 2 100 cardio thoracic operations performed by using cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital from 1963 to 1995. There were 1 118 males and 982 females aged from 1.25 to 65. 1 476 cases (70.28%) were under the age of 14 year old (body weight 7～86 kg), and 481 cases were under the body weight 15 kg. The cardiopulmonary bypass time were from 8 to 419 minuted including 22 emergency cases. The total successful rate was 99.95%. The clinical experience indicated that suitable blood dilution and good myocardial protection are very important factors in promoting operative successful rate, and it is better to choose different cardiopulmonary bypass technique or emergency cardiopulmonary bypass according to the patients condition.
