58例重度妊娠高血压征脑CT扫描与眼底检查临床分析

CT Scan of 58 Cases of Pregnant Hypertension and Clinical Examination of Their Eye Grounds

报道１９９２～１９９４年间收治的重度妊娠高血压征（妊高征）８５例发现，５８例行脑ＣＴ扫描及眼底检查，其中３６例脑ＣＴ扫描正常，２２例有脑缺血、脑出血等改变，发生率为３７．９％。３６例脑ＣＴ检查正常者中，１７例眼底有改变，而在２２例脑ＣＴ有改变者中，９例有眼底改变。说明ＣＴ扫描结果与眼底检查并不完全一致。

This paper reports on 58 cases of pregnant hypertension, who received a cerebral CT scan and an eye ground check. The CT scan showed 36 of them were normal and 22 suffered from cerebral anema or hemorhage with an incidence of 37.9%. Of the 36 cases that showed themselves to be normal by the CT scan, 17 changed in their eye grounds while of the 22 cases that showed cerebral changes on the CT scan, only 9 changed in their eye grounds. This indicates that there is no complete agreement between the CT scan and the eye ground check.
