摘要
选用30例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣手术完整切除标本,行纤维化削薄及钙化灶剔除。对成形前后瓣叶进行厚度、面积,分层胶原含量,瓣叶生物力学测定。结果表明,削薄后瓣叶变薄,柔软,生物力学性能改善;但瓣叶容易削破,削薄后瓣叶与正常相比,纤维化程度仍较重,生物力学性能仍较差,耐疲劳能力仅为正常的25%。
Thirty mitral valves were harvested in entirety in patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis undergoing MVR.Mitral leaflets reconstruction was performed in vitro by thinning of fibrosis and removal of calcified plagues. The thickness,area, collagen content and biomechanical characteristics of the leaflets were studied before and after reconstruction.The results showed that the technique of leaflets reconstruction was feasible.As a result, the leaflets became thin and soft, the biomechanical characterisitcs improved,but the leaflets were easily perforafed. As compared with normal leaflets,fibrosis was still more serious, poorer in biomechanical quality with endurance about 25% of the normal.The results of this study may have important clinical implication in rheumatic mitral valvuloplasty.
