吡格列酮对T_2DM大鼠肾脏超微结构及NO、CRP水平的影响

摘要 目的观察吡格列酮(PIO)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠肾脏功能、超微结构及炎症因子的影响。方法建立T2DMSD大鼠模型并随机分为糖尿病(DM)组和PIO组,测定PIO治疗6周前后的各项指标,电镜下观察肾脏结构变化。结果①DM组尿白蛋白(UAL)、血C反应蛋白及肾脏肥大指数明显高于正常对照(NC)组及PIO组;PIO组UAL较NC组及治疗前明显升高;②DM组及PIO组血一氧化氮水平明显低于NC组。③PIO组肾脏超微结构较DM组明显改善。结论抑制炎症反应可能是PIO保护肾脏的一个重要机制。 Objective To observe the effects of pioglitazone (PIO) on the renal function, the renal ultramicrostructure and the level of nitric oxide(NO) ,C-reactive protein(CRP) in rats with type 2 diabetes. Methods Building the rat model with type 2 diabetes and dividing them into diabetes mellitus (DM) group and PIO group randomly. Several biochemical indicators were measured and the kidney samples were observed using electron microscope. Resuits (1) Compared with the normal control(NC) group and the PIO group, the urinary albumin(UAL) , CRP and the kidney hypertrophy index of the DM group were higher. (2) The levels of serum NO in the DM group and PIO group were significantly lower than those in the NC group. (3) Compared with the DM group the renal ultramicro- structure, there existed a significants improved in the PIO group. Conclusion Inhibiting inflammatory reaction may be one of the mechanism for renal protection of PIO.
