改良单开门加肌蒂移植预防硬膜外瘢痕粘连

Experimental study by sonography on prevention of epidural adhesion postlaminectomy with meliorating opening-door laminoplasty and muscle pedicle transplantation

目的观察改良单开门加肌蒂移植在预防椎板切除术后硬膜外瘢痕粘连的B超显象。方法建立硬膜外瘢痕粘连模型,分别进行肉眼瘢痕粘连度评级,HE染色后光镜检查。结果经B超及病理学检查证实,改良单开门加肌蒂移植术后硬膜外无明显瘢痕生长,椎管容积无明显变化;改良单开门有部分瘢痕生长;椎板切除术后硬膜外有明显瘢痕生长。结论用B超探讨对其诊断的可行性进行了试验研究表明,该观测方式是一种简便且价格低廉诊断方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of meliorating opening-door laminoplasty and muscle pedicle transplantation in the prevention of epidural adhesion postlaminectomy. Methods Each dog＇s epidural adhesion postlaminectomy were observed grossly and histologically. Results Observed with B-us and histologically, there was no obvious epidural adhesion at the dogs performed with meliorating opening-door laminoplasty and muscle pedicle transplantation; A few epidural adhesion at the dogs performed with meliorating opening-door laminoplasty; Severe epidural adhesion at the dogs performed with laminectomy only. Conclusion B mode ultrasound is useful method for diagnosis.
