摘要
对１１年来３０６０例次手术的临床资料进行分析。结果表明，全麻下的喉显微手术有很大的应用价值，由于采取了预防并发症的措施，未发生死亡和严重并发症，取得了很好的疗效。作者认为，只要具有训练有素的喉科医生和麻醉医生的密切配合，严格掌握手术适应证，术前全面详细查体，术中严密观测心血管及气体交换量的变化，采用一系列防治并发症的措施，全麻下喉显微手术是安全有效的。
The microsurgery on the larynx under general anesthesia was performed in 3060 case/time in the past 11 years.The results showed that the operative technique was useful, being safe from complication, and good results were obtained. There was no death and severe complication during or after operation. We recognize that it is essential for an experienced laryngeal doctor to co operate harmoniously with an anesthetist. The patients must be given a general examination before the operation and be monitored during the operation. It must be prepared for any complications.
