用压力传感器产气技术评定玉米秸秆添补苜蓿的组合效应 被引量:11

A Semi-automated in vitro Gas Production Technique Using a Pressure Transducer to Evaluate Interactions between Untreated Corn Stovers and Alfalfa Hay

摘要 采用压力传感器体外产气技术,研究了玉米秸秆添补不同比例0(AH0)、20%(AH20)、40%(AH40)、60%(AH60)、80%(AH80)与100%(AH100)苜蓿(AH)在产气量上的组合效应。各组的组合效应均在24h达到最大值,24h后则随培养时间的延长而下降,但只有AH40组,亦即当苜蓿添加比例占"玉米秸秆-苜蓿"组合的40%时达到显著水准(P<0.05),且以AH40组下降较慢,在48h仍达到显著水准(P<0.05)。就单一的产气指标而言,玉米秸秆添补苜蓿的比例以占整个日粮总量的40%为宜。 An semi-automated in vitro gas production system(reading pressure technique,RPT)was used to investigate the associative effects of supplementing corn stovers(CS)with alfalfa hay(AH)on gas production.The treatments were combinations of AH(0,20%,40%,60%,80% and 100%)with CS(AH0,AH20,AH40,AH60,AH80 and AH100 individually).Gas volume and rate of gas production were increased with increasing levels of AH inclusion.The associative effects of supplementing CS with AH reached maxima when incubated till 24 h and drop slowly after 24 h for various treatments and that of AH40 was the highest among these treatments,especially the differences for AH40 were significant at 24 h or 48 h.This research indicated that ruminant CS basal diet supplemented 40% AH was optimal.
