香椿老叶中活性物质提取及其抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:21

摘要 该文对香椿老叶抗氧化活性物质的提取工艺进行了研究,筛选出纯化用大孔吸附树脂,并对该树脂纯化出的活性物质进行了抗氧化活性研究。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇、60℃、料液比1∶30、提取4h;筛选出最优纯化树脂AB-8,经该树脂纯化后物质具有很强的抗氧化活性,总还原力为(863.59±13.90)mg/g,1,1-二苯基苦基苯阱(DPPH)自由基清除能力和三价铁还原抗氧化能力测试(FRAP)均呈现明显的剂量依赖性关系,显著高于相同浓度的2,4二叔丁基甲基苯酚(BHT)(P<0.01),与同浓度的维生素C相当。 The technology for extracting the antioxidants from the old leaves of Toona sinensis was studied, the most suitable macroporous resin for purifying the antioxidants was selected and the antioxidant activities were studied. The results show that the optimal parameters of the extracting technology are that the concentration of ethanol is 60%, the extracting temperature is 60℃, the ratio of sample to extracting solution is 1∶30 and the extracting time is 4 h. AB-8 macroporous resin is the optimal purifying resin. The antioxidants purified by the resin of AB-8 from Toona sinensis have strong antioxidative capacity. The reducing power of those purified antioxidants is (863.59±13.90)mg/g. The 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging capacity and Ferric Reducing Ability of Plasma(FRAP) values of antioxidants from Toona sinensis show dose-dependent fashion, are significantly higher than those of butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT) with the same concentrations(P〈0.01) and almost have the same values as ascorbic acid.
