基于血液流变学指标的川芎微乳的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨川芎微乳对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法利用肾上腺素致血瘀大鼠模型,预防给予不同剂量的川芎微乳和川芎水煎液,观察药物对凝血时间、血液黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数等指标的影响。结果川芎微乳对肾上腺素所致血瘀大鼠模型有一定程度延长凝血时间、降低大鼠血液黏度、改善红细胞变形能力、降低红细胞聚集指数的作用,且某些指标效果优于水煎液组。结论川芎微乳有良好改善血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的作用,该作用强于一般水煎液。 Objective To investigate hemorheological indexes in rat model the influence of microemulsion of of blood-stasis syndrome. Method Rhizoma Chuanxiong based on The rat model of blood-stasis syndrome was established by using adnephrin,which was then given different doses of the microemulsion of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Chuanxiong Decoction. The indexes, such as the clotting time ( CT), blood viscosity, hematocfit, erythrocyte aggregation and RBC deformation, were observed. Result The microemulsion of Rhizoma Chuanxiong had the effects of prolonging the clotting time, decreasing blood viscosity, relieving RBC deformation and reducing erythrocyte aggregation index in the rat model of blood- stasis syndrome. The group of the microemulsion of Rhizoma Chuanxiong had better outcomes than the group of Chuanxiong Decoction in some indexes. Conclusion The microemulsion of Rhizoma Chuanxiong has good effects of improving hemorheological indexes in the rat model of blood-stasis syndrome, and the effects are better then those of Chuanxiong Decoction.
