从小高层住宅的概念及特点出发,从用地、户型、生活质量、环境等到不同方面,分析了高层住宅、小高层住宅的优劣,指出小高层住宅将具有广阔的发展前景。
From the conception and features of high-storeyed dwelling houses of small type are analyzed. The minor high-rise dwelling houses meet the current technical specification, development level and consumption capacity of citizens, which has wide development prospecet.
