半夏类药材不同提取物对人肝癌细胞Bel-7402的诱导凋亡作用

Experimental study on inducing apoptosis effects of Pinellia ternate extracts on Bel-7402

目的:观察并比较半夏类药材不同提取物诱导体外培养的人肝癌细胞Bel-7402凋亡的作用。方法:应用流式细胞术,检测半夏类药材不同提取物促进人肝癌细胞Bel-7402凋亡的作用,并观察了2种掌叶半夏醋酸乙酯提取物对细胞凋亡的量效关系。结果:3种药材都有诱导Bel-7402肿瘤细胞凋亡的活性,其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的有效成分主要集中在总有机酸或醋酸乙酯提取部分。结论:掌叶半夏和半夏诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用较强,水半夏较弱,并且2种掌叶半夏样品的醋酸乙酯部分对促进Bel-7402细胞凋亡呈现一定的剂量依赖性。

OBJECTIVE To study the inducing apoptosis effects of extracts from the medicinal plants of pinellia genus on Bel-7402. METHODS was used to test the effects of different extracts. The dosagedependent relationship of the ethyl aeetate extracts was also studied. RESULTS The three crud drugs had the inducing apoptosis effect, the effective components were the total organic acids and ethyl acetate extractives. CONCLUSION The effect on inducing apoptosis of Pinellia. pedatisecta Schott and Typhonium flagelliforme （Lodd.） Blume is stronger than that of Pinellia ternata （Thunb.） Breit. The ethyl acetate extractives of the two Pinellia. pedatisecta Schott studied shows dose-dependence property on the accelerating apoptosis of Bel-7402.
