参松养心胶囊预防垂体后叶素致实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血的研究

Study on Shensong Yangxin capsule preventing pituitrin induced acute myocardium ischemia

目的:研究参松养心胶囊对垂体后叶素致实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血的预防作用。方法:将40只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、硝酸甘油组和参松养心胶囊组,采用大鼠腹腔注射垂体后叶素建立急性心肌缺血模型,观察各给药组注射垂体后叶素后心电图ST段变化以及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(MyoG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果:硝酸甘油组和参松养心胶囊组能明显影响急性心肌缺血的心电图变化,抑制CK-MB、cTnI、MyoG的升高,提高血清SOD活性、降低MDA含量。结论:参松养心胶囊能改善垂体后叶素致实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule on pituitrin induced acute myocardium ischemia.METHODS 40 rats were randomized into four groups： normal group,model group,nitroglycerin group and Shensong Yangxin capsule group. Pituitrin （20 U·kg^-1） was intra-abdominally injected to erect model of acute myocardium ischemia. The changes of the Ⅱ road electrocardiogram （ST segment） and contents of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, Troponin I（cTnI）, creatine kinase-MB（CK-MB）, myoglobin（MyoG）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, malondialdehyde（MDA） in serum were observed after injecting pituitrin. RESULTS Shensong Yangxin capsule group and nitroglycerin group could significantly influence ST segment. The index of the CK-MB,cTnI,MyoG was significantly inhibited. The SOD activity in Shensong Yangxin capsule group was increased evidently and MDA content was decreased. CONCLUSION Shensong Yangxin capsule have the functions of anti-acute myocardium ischemia.
