摘要
薪酬管理存在各种风险,其中又以法律风险较为突出。尤其近年来非国有企业因薪酬管理引发的劳动纠纷频发,给企业造成了很大负面影响。非国有企业有必要增强法律意识,采取合理合法的手段和措施,对薪酬管理法律风险进行防范与控制,以取得企业更为长足的发展。
Compensation management has various risks,among them the legal risk is more important. Especially in recent years, Labor disputes caused by the compensation management of non - state owned enterprise always happen and have the very greatly negative influence to the enterprise. The non - state owned enterprise must strengthen the law conscious and take legal steps to control and prevent against the legal risk in compensation management of non - state owned enterprise in order to develop in the long term.
