组织公民行为的多层次理论和研究

摘要 组织研究中的任何概念都存在个体、群体、组织、行业等多层次现象,组织公民行为(OCB)作为组织研究中的一个重要领域也存在多层次问题。为了避免研究中出现层次模糊的问题,通过介绍了群体OCB的定义以及OCB研究中的三种理论模型—个体层次模型、群体层次模型和跨层次模型。并组织公民行为的多层次理论和研究中存在的问题进行讨论,并对未来OCB的多层次研究提出了建议。 Every construct is tied to one cf mute organizational levels, that is, individuals, game, organizations industries and so on, in organizational researches. Studies of Organizational Citizenship Behavior encounter nultilevel issue. In order to avoid confusing levels of researches, this artide introduced the definition of trait - level OCB and three theory models of OCB-Individual - level model, group - level model and cross - level model. Finally, the author discussed the issues in Multilevel Theory and research of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and made suggestions on multi - level researches of OCB.
