"凡能够吸引旅游者产生旅游动机,并可能被利用来开展旅游活动的各种自然、人文客体或其它因素,都可称为旅游资源"。旅游业的发展离不开旅游资源,旅游资源是旅游业发展的基础和先决条件。旅游资源的保障程度及开发、利用和保护状况,直接制约了一个国家或地区旅游业的发展规模和水平,因此对旅游资源及其开发、利用和保护的研究是现代旅游学研究的重要课题。通过对兴凯湖的实地调查,提出了加大市场促销力度,加强行业建设等促进兴凯湖旅游资源的开发策略。

Various natural human- cultural and other factors which will attract tourists＇ attention to travel and be used for carrying out tour activities could be considered as tour resources. The development of tourism depends on tour resources which is the fcundation and prerequisite of the development tourism. The protection, devdopment and exploitation of tourism resources will directly restrict the country or region＇s tourism devdopment scale and level. Therefore, the study regarding tourism resources and its devetopment exploitation and protection is the major subject of modem tourism research. This paper illustrates the status quo of tour resources in Xingkai lake by on - site inspection in Xingkai lake, and puts forward development strategy and lay - out in the future.
