摘要
近20多年来,我国的物业管理已有了空前的发展。同时,也应当看到,目前物业管理公司中的绝大多数企业存在着管理规模偏小、规模效益差、亏损严重、发展后劲不足等问题。从质量竞争、规模竞争和人才竞争等方面入手,提高服务质量,扩大企业资产规模,吸纳优秀人才,打造物业管理企业的知名品牌,从而使我国的物业管理企业在全球竞争中立于不败之地,这也是实现物业管理有序、健康发展的重要途径之一。
China's prioerty management has an unprecedented development in past 20 years. At the same time, it has been seen that the majority of the property management companies having some problems such as small scale of management, serious losses, insufficient developing stamina. This paper proposes that in the aspects of the compeetion of quality, scale and talent, China' s property management enterprises should improve service quality, expand the scale of enterprise assets, attract outstanding talent, and create famous brand, so that they can be in a invincible position in global competition. The brand strategy is one of important ways to achieve orderly and health development of property management.
