In the current world new military transform, the Network Centric Warfare and the military information grid are two very important concepts with evolutional tide. The Network Centric Warfare being outcome from draught of military requirement and technical promotion is first described, the connotations of the Network Centric Warfare and the Global Information Grid of American Army are then expatiated, and construction for Information Grid of Chinese Navy with grid technique and integration for synthetic electronic information system of Chinese Navy is last elementary discussed in this article.
