运用SD-Ⅱ对妊高征预测及干预的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the application of SD-Ⅱ in the prediction and interference of PIH

目的:探讨无创SD-Ⅱ妊高征监测仪对妊高征进行预测筛选干预,降低妊高征发病率。方法:应用妊高征监测仪对550例孕20～37周的孕妇进行预测和干预,动态观察效果。结果:预测阳性率达30.56%,对预测阳性者进行干预,使妊高征发病率由26.3%降至8.6%。结论:应用妊高征监测系统能对妊高征早期预测、干预,是降低妊高征发生率的有效措施之一。

Objective：To predict,screen and interfere PIH by non-invasive SD- Ⅱ ,so as to decrease the morbidity of PIH. Methods：SD-Ⅱ was used to predict and interfere 550 pregnant women at 20-37 weeks of gestation and observe the effect dynamiely. Results：The positive rate is up to 30.5% and the morbidity of PIH was lowered from 26.8% to 8.6% through interfering the positive caese. Condusion：SD-Ⅱ systm can predict,observe and interfere the therapeutic effect early and decrease the morbidity of PIH effectively.
