Caveolin-1的生物学结构及在肿瘤研究中的进展

摘要 上个世纪50年代,Yamada用电子显微镜观察到细胞膜上存在许多烧瓶状的小凹结构,并命名为细胞质膜微囊(Caaveolae)。在随后的几十年中,这个囊泡样的结构虽然引起了许多学者极大的兴趣,但对其构成成分以及功能的研究仍然不深入:这种状况一直到Caveolin被发现后才有改变。1980年,有研究者发现用v—Src癌基因转化鸡胚胎成纤维细胞时,有一个蛋白能够被磷酸化,并分离得到了这个蛋白;后来的研究证明这个蛋白就是Caveolin-1,同时也揭开了Caveolin-1与肿瘤相关性研究的序幕。
