双颈滑动加压螺纹钉治疗转子间骨折的疗效观察

Observation of the Results of Treating Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur with a Double barrele Sliding Compression Screw

作者设计了双颈滑动加压螺纹钉。该钉由一个双套筒钢板、两枚粗螺纹钉、两枚尾加压螺丝钉三部分组成。临床使用３１例，随访０．５～２年，效果满意。作者认为，双颈滑动加压螺纹钉不但有较强的抗弯强度，而且抗旋转作用强。该钉设计符合生物力学要求，其固定性能十分可靠，特别是小转子区骨皮质有缺损者，其优越性更为突出。病人使用该钉后可早期扶拐下地活动。

The authors designed a double barrele sliding compression screw. It is a device consisting of a slide plate with double barrele, two lag screws, and two compression screws. Those devices were used clinically in 31 cases with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. All the cases were followed up for 0.5￣2 years and achieved satisfactory results. The conclusion is that the strength of the antirotation as well as anti bending property of the double barrele sliding compression screw is ideal, the design of the device conform to the biomechanical requirment, and the dynamic and static compression of the screw provids the reliable fixity. It is suggested that patients using the devices practise early ambulation on crutches.
