摘要
观察急性肾炎和肾病综合征患儿外周血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性及T细胞白细胞介素-2(IL-2R)表达。结果:①肾病患儿肾病期IL-2活性及IL-2R均下降,并与疾病的活动性有关;②肾病患儿IL-2活性变化与IgG含量变化呈正相关,提示IL-2活性下降可能是低IgG血症的原因之一;③急性肾炎患儿在急性期淋巴细胞产生IL-2及表达IL-2R的能力均降低,而未经PHA刺激的淋巴细胞IL-2R表达却高于正常对照。这些结果提示:①急性肾炎和肾病综合征患儿T淋巴细胞功能受损,免疫应答能力下降;②细胞免疫功能紊乱在这2种肾小球疾病的发病中可能有一定作用。
In this paper, interleukin 2(IL 2) activity and interleukin 2 receptor (IL 2R) expression on PHA induced peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in children with acute glomerulonephritis (AGN) and nephrotic syndrome (NS) were measured. The results showed that ①IL 2 activity and IL 2R expression on PHA induced PBMC decreased significantly in patients with NS in nephrotic stage and these changes were related to the clinical activity of patients with NS. ②In patients with NS, significant correlation between IL 2 activity and the level of serum IgG indicated that decreased IL 2 activity may be resposible for reduced serum IgG. ③On one hand, IL 2 production and IL 2R expression on PHA induced PBMC were markedly decreased in patients in acute stage of AGN, on the other hand IL 2R expression on PBMC without PHA incubation was significantly elevated in comparision with that in control. These results indicated that ①T lymphocytes function may be abnormal and immmune response may be reduced in patients AGN and NS. ②Cell mediated immunity may play a role in pathogenesis of AGN and NS. \ \
