摘要 在分析钛及钛合金表面特性的基础上,介绍了钛及钛合金化学镀工艺流程,主要分析了预处理和热处理对镀层结合力的影响,综述了几种典型的活化工艺,并指出今后的发展方向。 Based on the analysis of the surface characteristics of titanium and its alloys, the process of electroless plating on titanium and its alloys is presented, focusing on the analysis of the effects of pretreatment and heat treatment on coating adhesion. Several typical activation processes are reviewed, and the future development orientation is also pointed out.
