纳米CMOS图像传感器及其在航空航天中的应用

摘要 随着超大规模集成技术的飞速发展,CMOS图像传感器已成为研究开发的热点。简要介绍和分析了基于非平衡格林函数、维格纳函数与密度矩阵、单粒子薛定谔方程的三种纳米CMOS器件的输运模型,并指出了各种模型的优缺点和适用对象;针对纳米CMOS图像传感器面临的关键技术问题,给出了相应的解决方法;讨论了纳米CMOS图像传感器在航空航天中的应用。 A wide interest is devoted to CMOS image sensors with the development of the integrated technology. Three kinds of nano-CMOS transport models were clarified based on the non-equilibrium Green's function, Wigner function and density matrix, and single particle Schr6dinger equation. The advantages, disadvantages and applications of these models were analyzed respectively. The key problems of nano-CMOS image sensors were presented and their corresponding resolutions were proposed. The application in the aviation and spaceflight field of nano-CMOS image sensors were discussed.
