Experimental Research on Mineral Processing of a Molybdenum Ore in Henan

摘要 针对河南某钼矿进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明:原矿磨至-200目70%,首先经一粗一扫获得钼粗精矿及浮钼尾矿,钼粗精矿添加适量水玻璃精选一次,再经两段磨矿多段选别后可获得含钼大于53%、回收率85%以上的钼精矿。浮钼尾矿直接用湿式弱磁选机磁选获得铁的粗精矿,再将粗精矿磨至-400目95%,用弱磁选机精选一次,可获得含铁大于62%的铁精矿。 Mineral processing test and study have been carried out for a molybdemum ore in Henan. The results showed that under the condition of 70% -0. 074mm particle size ,the rough concentrates and the tailings were obtained after one stage roughing and scavenging. One stage cleaning was conducted on the rough concentrate after adding some sodium silicate, then the tailings that resulted from cleaning and the products that resulted from scavenging were gathered. Two stage cleaning and scavengings were performed on the gathered products and the obtained tailings were discarded. Two stage millings and separations were carried out after one stage cleaning was implemented on the rough concentrate and then, the final molybdenum concentrate was obtained. The magnetic separation was carried out on the tailings with low-intensity magnetic separator and the obtained iron rough concentrate was grinded to the particle size of 95% - 0. 038mm and one stage cleaning was carried out again with low-intensity magnetic separator. The concentrate containing 62% iron was obtained.
