摘要
研究了湿法粉磨同步法提取工艺,与干法粉磨再浸泡提取工艺相比,能较大程度使麦饭石中的多种矿物元素溶出。同时考察了粉磨时间、固液比等因素对提取液中矿物元素浓度的影响,并分析了湿法粉磨同步法提取麦饭石中有益元素在工业推广的可行性及应用前景。
Wet pulverizing and leaching mineral elements from Maifan stone were studied in this paper. The results shown that more mineral elements were leached from Maifan stone by the method that leaching and wet pulverizing at the same time than the method that leaching after dry pulverizing. And the factors influencing on the mineral elements concentration such as pulverizing time, solid/liquid mass ratio were researched. The possibility for wet pulverizing synchronization to industrialization was analyzed, and pointed out that it has good industrialization foreground.
