小颗粒油页岩热裂解制取页岩油可行性分析 被引量:6

摘要 根据油页岩的理化特性,分析了小颗粒油页岩热裂解制取页岩油的可行性。在实验室条件下,利用自行研制的流化床热裂解装置进行了制取页岩油的研究,结果表明热裂解制取页岩油是小颗粒油页岩加工制油的可行方法,且产油率在5%左右。 According to the physical and chemical properties of the oil shale, the feasibility of preparation of shale oil by pyrolyzing small-size oil shale was analyzed. The technological research on preparation of the shale oil from small-size oil shale by use of the fluidized bed pyrolysis apparatus developed by ourselves is performed in the labo- ratory. The results showed that the production of shale oil by pyrolyzing small-size oil shale is a feasible method, and the yield of oil is about 5 %.
