摘要
随着遥感技术的飞速发展及其在新一轮国土资源大调查土地利用动态遥感监测项目中的广泛应用,对遥感数字正射影像图(DOM)的制作精度和效率有了更高要求。为适应新技术发展和监测任务的顺利实施,本文开发了“国家级土地利用动态遥感监测控制点影像库管理系统”。该系统控制点选自影像上点位清晰且相对固定、周围有明显参照地物的点,采集方法是GPS外业实测,实测精度满足0.5m。对各点建立详细的外业实测点之记文件,包括仪器标称精度、点位各类坐标值、点位描述及影像与实地示意图等。采用该控制点对影像精纠正后,以此为中心裁取200×200像素大小范围的标准影像。该系统通过输入指定的条件或输入坐标方式、屏幕选取范围方式或输入行政辖区检索出所需要的控制点,通过系统的影像模式识别功能,实现对原始遥感影像的自动、半自动匹配、纠正等功能,同时计算残差值,用于检查匹配和纠正精度。本文着重阐述了为提高遥感正射影像图制作精度而建立实测控制点影像库的作业方法和技术指标。2005年度的工作实践业已证明该方法切实可行,满足实现预期目标的要求。
With the rapid development of remote sensing technology and comprehensive applications of land use dynamic remote sensing monitoring project in the latest land resources surveying, there are more demands on precision and efficiency of remote sensing digital orthographic map. The purpose of this study is to develop up to date national level management system of land use dynamic remote sensing monitoring reference point image database for ensuring the development of new technology and implementation of monitoring successfully. The method of GPS field surveying is employed whose precision reaches half meter. The chosen reference point of this system has fixed position and immovable with evident reference around on the image. The system can carry out the function of automatic or semi-automatic matching and correcting as well as calculating residual error for checking on match and correcting precision, by the ways of input designated condition or coordinate, screen selecting range, input requested reference point of administration zone searching and image model identifying function. This study displays the established exercising method and technology index of field surveying reference point image database for improving orthography map's precision of remote sensing. The practicability of the method has already been testified in 2005 year's work and meets the demand on realizing the anticipated objective.
