采用粗精矿再磨,尤其是两段再磨再选是提升钼精矿质量的关键。用三氯化铁浸出钼精矿可进一步降低钼精矿中的铅、铜和钙等杂质。只有以含钼≥54%、杂质低的钼精矿作生产工业氧化钼的前驱体,采用较先进的焙烧设备进行氧化焙烧才能产出与国际钼市场产品质量接轨的工业氧化钼产品。
The regrinding of rough molybdenite concentrate, especially two stage regrinding, is the key of improving quality of molybdenite concentrate. Leaching molybdenite concentrate with FeCl3 solution further remove impurities of lead, copper and calcium etc. in molybdenite and concentrate. Using concentrate containing Mo≥54% as precursor, by advanced roasting furnace for oxidization roasting molybdenite concentrate can produce high quality technical molybdenum oxide possessed of world grade.
