How to Determine the Common Logistics Scheme in Small/medium Enterprise Cluster by Group Decision Method

摘要中小企业集聚地区发展共同物流体系选择方案存在利益分配不均问题,为了尽可能考虑大多数用户的需求和利益,建立用户、专家组、方案三维模糊群决策模型,运用一致化集结方法,在有限方案情况下,研究产业集群共同物流方案的选择问题,实现多方案选优。 A three-dimension including consumers,expert group and schemes fuzzy group decision-making model is established to choose an optimal scheme among given scheme sets in order to determine how the industry cluster to choose the common logistics scheme.
