摘要 在企业物流战略失败指标的评估分析中应用了层次分析法(AHP)、失败模式和效果危害性分析(FMEA)相结合的多属性失败模式分析法(MAFMA),对可能导致企业物流失败的八个指标进行了分析,并给出了失败指标的总权数排序,得出了较为科学的结果,更有利于促进企业物流战略的成功实施。 The paper analyzes the eight indexes of leading business logistics to failure and applies MAFMA（Multi-attribute Failure Mode Analysis） which combines AHP with FMEA（Failure Mode and Effects criticality Analysis） in the evaluation of business logistics strategy failure indexes.
