摘要
在分析煤炭企业现状及其业务流程的基础上,构建了煤炭企业供应链管理模式,并初步建立了与此模式相适应的供应链绩效评价体系。
On the basis of analyzing the current situation and business process of coal enterprises,the paper establishes a supply chain management mode of the coal enterprises and the performance evaluation system of supply chain that fits for the model.
