摘要
对10侧肩胛下肌的构筑进行了研究。结果表明肩胛下肌是由5~7个双羽构成的多羽肌。肌重130.1±30.29,肌纤维平均长5.69±0.6cm,生理横切面积21.48±6.4cm2。肩胛下肌属于力量型肌,肌力比三角肌中亚部更大,在协同三角肌外展以及在稳定肩关节中能提供较大的力量。
The architecture feature of the subscapularis was studied in five cadav-ers The results showed the subscapularis was a multipennate muscle which was consisted of ,five to seven bipennates. The niuscle weight, fiber length and cross-sectional area of the subscapularis were 130. 1± 30. 2g, 5. 69 ±0. 6cm and 21.48±64cm2, respectively. It was comfirmed that the subscapularis was designed for ten-sion production and the tension produced by it may be greater than the middle com-partment of the deltoid muscle. The subscapularis was expected to be able to pro-vide great tension as an synergist in abductive motion and an steading factor on the shoulder joint.
