两种常见腰腿痛的封闭疗法

Treatment of two types of common lumbago and scelalgia with local injection

本文阐述了醋酸强的松龙封闭治疗第三腰椎横突综合征62例及臀上皮神经损伤36例，总有效率达98％，分析了这两种常见腰腿痛的发生机理及病理基础，说明用激素作局部封闭的合理性，是一种疗效满意的治疗方法。

62 patients with transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebrae and 36 patients with superior clanial noeves injure had been treated with local injec-tion of hydropre dnlsoni acetatis. Total efficacity rete reached 98%. Analysis of mechanism and pathological foundation of these two kinds of common lumbago and scelalgia demos -trated the reasonability of local injection of steroid. Authors be-lieved that local injection should be a satiefacting therapy without side-effect.
