摘要
由于职业的特殊性,教师承受着来自方方面面的巨大压力,以致于产生不同程度的心理问题。本文从教师的心理健康现状,产生原因及应对策略进行了一些分析,旨在呼吁全社会能真正关注教师的心理健康。
The paper analyzed the psychology health conditions for the teachers, the causations and the countermeasures and call on all the society paying attention to the teachers＇ mental health.
