摘要
法律以伦理道德为价值基础,道德始终贯穿于法律运行过程之中,共同维护社会的良性发展。在建设法治社会进程中,道德体现于法律的各个环节,对立法、司法、守法等不同环节的完善起到有效的促进作用。
The law take ethics morals as the foundation of value, and the morals passes throughout in the process of legal movement, which maintains together the benign development of society. In constructing the society with rule of law, the morals has been manifested in each legal link, which promotes the perfection of legislation, administation of law and abidance of law.
